Soft & Dreamy Bat Amigurumi by Amigurumi Today
I really love the patterns by Amigurumi Today! I use them so often and the results are always superb!
This is a free pattern, however, when you visit the website you can only scroll for a few seconds through the pattern before a “sign up” form pops up (I think this is a relatively new feature, as I don’t remember having to do it previously). No worries, you aren’t going to sign your life away, lol. If you wish to not have to sign in every time you want to use one of the patterns on the website, you can download the free Amigurumi Today app from Google Play. It works across all devices, so you can take it on the go 🙂 Also, when there are new patterns available, you will receive a notification! Bonus 🙂
This adorable little bat would make an ideal Halloween gift or decoration…but is also sweet year round!
Supplies Used:
Red Heart Super Saver yarn- colors Charcoal and Amethyst. Also, a VERY small amount of white for the embroidered fangs and black for the embroidered nostrils.
3.75 mm hook
18 mm brown plastic safety eyes
polyester fiberfill
yarn needle
Finished Size:
Since I used a larger weight yarn than the pattern called for, my bat was about 12 1/2 inches tall (with the ears).
