So things don’t always work out as planned. We were about to get the keys to our new apartment yesterday when the landlord tried to scam us out of an additional deposit. After much debate they just wouldn’t budge. So we got our original deposit back and went home to the hotel. It was a very frustrating day, but in hindsight it seems this was a clue to what it would be like to live there should we have actually moved in there. Someone above was looking out for us.

Back to Square one…I’m hoping to get some new patterns published this weekend,  and if I find more ambition I’ll do some more work on the blog.
