So I haven’t posted lately, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been crocheting 🙂 I’ve gotten two projects started AND completed in the last couple of weeks.
First, I made this little granny square blanket. It’s about 30 inches square. Big enough to be a lapghan or crib blanket, or a play blanket for on the floor. I based it on a pattern from an old book I picked up at a flea market 3 or 4 years ago.
And then next, I just finished this hooded sweater this morning for my 15 month old daughter. I followed a pattern from a free e-book I downloaded a few years ago called Winter Fashions For Toddlers. The pattern is called “Simplest Toddler Sweater”. I added a few extra rows to it, and also an extra button. It really is a simple pattern. It took only a few days to make, and that’s with a toddler hanging off my leg, lol. I’m thinking I might change the buttons at some point. These are just buttons that I had on hand.
And now I don’t know what to make. We will be moving in a few days, so maybe I should make some boxes, lol. On that note, we won’t have internet access at our new place, for how long I don’t know. But I’ll try to pop in whenever I can.
Until next time!
